Sizzle Academy is thrilled to introduce our Basketball Director, Coach Vaughn! 

With 20 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and developing athletes, Coach Vaughn is dedicated to helping young players achieve their goals and turn their basketball dreams into reality.

Coach Vaughn's journey began at the grassroots level, where he made a significant mark on the basketball community. His passion for developing talent led him to create MOTOM Enterprises in association with the non-profit organization, DBR. This initiative is a testament to his commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of athletes beyond the court.

Coach Vaughn's coaching career showcases a steady ascent, from his foundational work in grassroots basketball to his accomplished roles as a head varsity high school coach and a prep school coach. His diverse experience at various levels of the sport provides him with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of what it takes for athletes to succeed. His leadership and proven ability to develop talent make him an invaluable asset to the Sizzle Academy family.
